All orders' are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Any orders that are delayed due to postal services or seasonal holidays is outside of our control.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

For Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: 

Small - 5kgs & Under $9.30 + Packaging

Medium - 5kgs & Under $12.70 + Packaging

Large - 5kgs & Under $15.95 + Packaging

Extra Large - 5kgs & Under $19.20 + Packaging

Local Pick Up/Delivery

If you live in 'The Southern Highlands' or 'Wollondilly Shire' or wish to go on a day trip, Pick Up is Welcome by Appointment Only 🌻

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that can be used to track its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at MyCrystalTribe@Gmail.Com with your name & order number, and we will look into it for you.
