Relaxing Free Spirit Bath 

Add 1/2 cup of Free Spirit Bath Salt to a warm bath water

Relax for 20-30 minutes and then towel dry as usual

Add Free Spirit Bath Salt to warm bath water

Soak for 40 minutes and then towel dry as usual

Foot Soak

Add 100g of Free Spirit Bath Salt to 10 litres of warm water

Soak 15-20 minutes and then towel dry as usual
